    Growing up in the streets of Chicago has not been easy. Most people turn to the streets for comfort just to find something they think they're missing.

    Being around women his whole life, no brothers with 4 sisters. Music has always been a passion which Yung Boss Poppy knew he had a gift, at an early age.
  Yung Boss Poppy started rapping at the age of 19. Didn’t take it serious until the age of 24. Understanding the business side of things was key, as before Yung Boss Poppy just loved to do music without a purpose.

    Yung Boss Poppy explored many different artist and there styles such as Wayne, Drake, Future, Lil Baby. The most influential artist who really made an impact on Yung Boss Poppy life was Juice Wrld. Listening to him made Yung Boss Poppy see how music can change a person's mood and view of the world. No matter how dark or negative things may get.

    Yung Boss Poppy lost a lot of family and friends along the way, including his mom. She was the one person who truly understood that what Yung Boss Poppy wanted with this music, was bigger than him. Yung Boss Poppy wants to give back to the community. Helping others who sometimes can feel lost, trapped and overall exhausted. As Yung Boss Poppy suffered from these same problems.

    Yung Boss Poppy plans on staying level headed. So he can continue to bless the world with his talents. Hoping to one day be discovered as the next big artist coming from Chicago.
